Who Am I Defined - Teen Girls' Bible Study Leader Kit

Who Am I Defined - Teen Girls' Bible Study Leader Kit in blue assortment collection with white background.

Who Am I Defined

Teen Girls' Bible Study Leader Kit

I am who God says I am.

I can do what God says I can do.

I can become exactly what God says I can become.

You are a miracle. And that’s exactly what this Bible study for teen girls is about—your true identity in Christ. Who you really are. The culture will try to define you, your past may try to label you, the enemy will seek to deceive you, but no one has the authority to give you your name—your identity—except your Father. And He says that your uniqueness is an expression of His creative genius and is designed to reflect His glory.

Join Priscilla Shirer in this teen Bible study for girls for eight weeks and begin to understand what it means to be created in God’s image and recreated in Christ’s image as His masterpiece. Once you discover who God says you are and the spiritual inheritance that you have, you can start walking in your true identity as a daughter of the most high King.

You’ll spend your whole life either trying to be and become something you were never meant to be or discovering who you are in Him and living up to that standard by the power of His Spirit within you.

You are His! And you were created for the purpose of reflecting God’s light to the world.

Like all of God's miracles, your life will leave a lasting impact if you'll simply be yourself, surrendered to God, molded by His Spirit, and on a mission for Him. Kit includes Bible Studies.

Prayer, Peace and the Presence of God

Man in blue jeans and blue flannel shirt with bracelet on right arm and watch on the other arm is kneeling in prayer with Bible on ground in wooded area for peace and the presence of God.

Prayer, Peace and the Presence of God

A 30-Day Journey to Experience the Shalom of Jesus

“I’m sorry, Mr. Butts, but you have lymphoma and you are already in stage four.”

Those words would rattle anyone. Those are the words Dave and Kim Butts heard just 10 days into Dave’s beginning to write this book on prayer and peace. God literally put Dave into a situation where Dave would have to live out what he was planning to teach others in his book.

As believers, we know that we are supposed to walk in Christ’s peace day by day. But when the trials, struggles, and stresses of life come upon us, many of us do not appropriate or experience that peace. Instead, we look at our circumstances and worry.

In this 30-day devotional, you will find the shalom - the peace - of Jesus! Each day you will be encouraged by a verse on peace, gently be taught how to live that verse out, and then be guided in praying that peace into your life.

This book is for every believer who wants to experience and walk in the peace of Christ, no matter what life throws at him or her.

Presence of God - Awe-Inspiring

The Promise is His Presence: Why God is Always Enough

What if you didn't have to go looking for God's presence? What if you could enjoy it all the time?

This book is an extremely impressive read! Glenna beautifully walks through the whole story of Scripture as she tells her story. Her writing is full of biblical truths and paints pictures so well that you almost feel like you're sitting on her beige couch with her listening to her share these things with you. This book is a great read, one that I would read again. And so theologically sound!

Glenna Marshall's awakening to God's presence began in the depths of winter. Rereading her journal, she realized that for six months she'd been cataloging all the ways God had abandoned her. What if that . . . wasn't true? Interweaving her own story of faith and doubt amid suffering, Glenna traces the theme of God's presence from Genesis to Revelation and shows what it means for us in our own daily joys and struggles.

God's presence among his people set him apart from the pagan gods of ancient times. His presence on earth as God Incarnate split history in two. And today his presence is one of the most significant means of his goodness to us.

With Christ in the School of Prayer

With Christ in the School of Prayer

Prayer, simply put, is a conversation with God.  Kneel and let God know the cares of your heart. The highest position that man/woman can EVER achieve is kneeling at the feet of Christ Jesus. How do we pray to God? Prayer is essentially putting your request, concern, or issue before the Lord, and trusting Him to answer them. Matthew 18:3 says we need to pray with the heart of little children, simple, reverent, specific, and trusting.

Pastor Andrew Murray probes Scripture and the life of Christ in order to teach us how to pray effectually. He asks us to enroll in a new kind of academy. With the Redeemer as our headmaster, Murray gently instructs us on how to experience a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ through the means of prayer. Free with your Audible trial.

Fear In Unprecedented Times

Fear In Unprecedented Times

What Are You Afraid Of? Facing Your Fears with Faith
We are living in unprecedented times. Fear is spreading everywhere throughout our Country by the news media and social media. Evil is attacking America and the world around us.
Everyone is afraid of something--Coronavirus, lawlessness, global warming, failure, success, loneliness, crowds, death, life--the list is endless. And no one is immune to fear. Fear haunts the weak and the powerful, the young and the old, the rich and the poor. It is the great equalizer.
Some fears--hearing an unexpected noise in the night or encountering an icy bend in the road--attack us only momentarily, passing almost as quickly as they come. But others, such as contracting a deadly illness, being rejected by a loved one, or dying alone, can haunt us for a lifetime, taking up residence in our minds and eating away at our sense of security--and eventually taking over our lives. Well, fear not!
There is hope. In What Are You Afraid Of? Dr. David Jeremiah identifies and explains what is at the heart of nine of our greatest fears and lays out a biblical plan for overcoming each one of them. He also examines one particular fear that should be part of our daily lives: the fear of God.

What It Costs To Be A Christian?

What It Costs To Be A Christian?

God gave his Son to the world. And Jesus Christ gave his life to save us from sin and death. He did this gladly, so great was his love for you and me. We should be honored to give our ALL back to Him.

It will cost a man his self-righteousness. He must cast away all pride and high thoughts, and conceit of his own goodness.

It will cost a man his sins. He must be willing to give up every habit and practice which is wrong in God’s sight.

It will cost a man his love of ease. He must take pains and trouble if he means to run a successful race towards heaven. He must daily watch and stand on his guard. It will cost a man the favor of the world. He must be content to be thought ill of by man if he pleases God.

Anxiety, Ambition, Indecision

Anxiety, Ambition, Indecision is a classic sermon by Charles H. Spurgeon. The chief concern of a man should be to see that his own soul is right in the sight of God. Solomon said, “Keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Many persons think a great deal about the adorning of the body, but do not think anything about the ornaments of the soul. The feeding of the physical frame engrosses much care, but the supply of spiritual food is often neglected. Yet, O Man, you yourself are better than your body! Your immortal soul is worth far more than that poor carcass of yours which will soon become food for worms! And all the things that you have, what are they compared with your inner self–your real self–your heart, your soul, your spirit?

Fortunately, there is a family-owned company that has dedicated itself for three generations to share these values.

Psalm 119 exalts the Word of the Lord

Psalm 119 exalts the Word of the Lord

The benefits of the Word are numerous. “Those who keep His testimonies … do no iniquity” (vv. 2, 3). His statutes prevent shame (v. 6), and sin (v. 11), and can be our song (v. 54). His testimonies bring delight (v. 24). His Word revives (v. 25), strengthens (v. 28), and cleanses (v. 9); brings salvation (v. 41) and mercy (v. 58); gives life (v. 50) and hope (v. 74), and keeps us from straying (v. 67). His commandments give understanding (v. 73). And that is only the beginning!
